About The Client

Oneday Estate is a truly unique winery on The Bellarine Peninsula.

Located in Curlewis on the Bellarine Peninsula, Oneday Estate is just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne. The winery is the Bellarine Peninsula’s most unique estate, specialising in weddings and functions.

The Client’s Problem

The client contacted DTM to help them modernise their website and make it easier for customers to use and for staff to update.

While the client had an existing website that had served them well for 4-years, the business had begun to outgrow the site and as a result, an upgrade was necessary. 

Offering customers with an easy to use shopping cart system and showcasing the Estate’s amazing photography and videography was an important deliverable for the client.

The DTM Solution

DTM worked alongside the client to ensure that the website accurately represented the Estate’s unique setting and showcased its stunning location.

The strategy of the website was to capture customers at whatever stage of the buyer journey they were at and funnel them through to the point of conversion. We implemented a variety of opt-in forms that allows customers to become a VIP or get access to the Estate’s wedding brochure.

A major part of the website rebuild was to streamline and improve the customer experience with the Estate’s online shop. We worked with the client to ensure all of their products were highlighted and automated sales rules were put into place. Customers even have the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers through the website and have them delivered directly to their inbox almost instantly.
