About The Client

Port Fairy Holiday Park offers its clients a peaceful, yet facility rich holiday park for them to call home during their visit to Port Fairy.

The park comprises of beautifully grassed areas for caravan and camping as well as comfortable, well-maintained and self-contained cabins that cater to a variety of travellers. 

It is a picturesque holiday park, set in beautifully landscaped gardens and is only a short stroll to the township of Port Fairy.

The Client’s Problem

The client was looking to increase the marketing of the Park. They identified that the website imagery was dated, and that the site itself was not functional on mobile devices.

The Park management realised a need for a website that better reflected their park’s picturesque landscapes and encouraged visitors to book with them.

They lacked any visibility into their website’s performance and could not integrate it with their online booking system.

The DTM Solution

DTM provided the park management with a new website that was easy to use, functional on any device and showcased the park’s photography and other media assets.

Using the latest technologies DTM was able to implement tactics to increase the website’s visibility on search as well as allow the park to grow its email database.

Furthermore, the website seamlessly integrated with the park’s channel management software, which allowed them to take online bookings direct through their website.
