About The Client

Big4 Port Fairy caters to a wide range of travellers, providing accommodation options for groups, families, couples and singles.

The park has a range of luxury and standard cabins as well as powered, grassy sites nestled among beautiful trees. The caravan park also boasts the only ensuite sites in all of Port Fairy and its very own 18-Hole Mini-Golf course that is open to the public as well as the park’s visitors.

The park is ideally situated within easy walking distance to the historic Port Fairy seaside village and wharf, making it the perfect accommodation option for many travellers. 

The Client’s Problem

Prior to engaging DTM, Big4 Port Fairy’s website was quite dated and did not provide its users with a good experience across mobile devices.

The old website failed to showcase the imagery of the park’s beauty. The park manager’s had hired in a professional photographer to capture the park and wanted to make sure they were brought to the fore on a new website.

An audit of the existing website also showed that the site was not optimised for search and as a result was loosing traffic to competitors.   

The DTM Solution

DTM designed a responsive website for Big4 Port Fairy that showcased the beautiful images of the park and surrounding region of Port Fairy.

The user experience of the website was greatly improved by streamlining the way content was displayed and the navigation structure for users to find their way around the site.
